One of the best, not to mention the prettiest, cigar smoking models I've seen in content produced for the 'net is definitely Rae Rocca.

Cigar in a Holder
Smoking a cigar in a holder is not something that normally does a lot for me, as I'm not much of a holder guy as far my smoking fetish goes.
